15:30-17:00 Where the Words Come From Mironel de Wilde
Beyond the mind and the words, there is a space within us that holds a truth unique to each of us. In this workshop we will explore how we can access our depths for the most authentic expression of ourselves.

Day 2

Sunday March 18, 2018

9:00 – 10:00 Gathering, Yoga, Meditation
10:00-10:30 Coffee/Tea
10:30-12:00 Connecting to your Higher Self Daniela Norris
Your Higher Self is you, but is also separate from ‘you’ – from your body, from your ego, from your current incarnation. It is the part of you which is not in your body but is ‘somewhere’ with your guides and soul group. When writing comes from ‘somewhere’ or is ‘inspired’ – it often comes from our ‘Higher Self.” We will explore ways to connect to this part of you which can help you throughout your life and in your writing.
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch
13:00-14:00 Writing Time
14:00-15:30 Pursuing Your Images Susan Tiberghien
In this workshop, we will let our images lead us to a new spring of life. In looking at how Jung elicited and listened to the visions and images that were overwhelming him, we will discover the process of active imagination. We will pursue our own images, dialoguing with them, drawing them, writing their stories as we find that the water in our new spring of life tastes good.

16:00 – 17:00 Creating a Writing Life Beth Linguri
